PeakS מספקת לעסקי ריפוד ורהיטים כלי ליצירת הדמיות של ספות (בד, צבע, רקע) ולשיתופן עם לקוחות. השירות ניתן "כפי שהוא" (AS IS).
ההדמיות הן המחשה בלבד. גוון הצבע והמרקם בפועל עשויים להיות שונים; אין לראות בהדמיה התחייבות מסחרית של PeakS.
האפליקציה, העיצוב והקוד הם קניינה של SwiftyS. תוכן שהעסק מעלה (לוגו, קטלוג, נתוני לקוחות) נשאר בבעלות העסק, ואתם מעניקים לנו רישיון להציגו ולעבדו לצורך מתן השירות בלבד.
במידה המרבית המותרת בדין, לא נהיה אחראים לנזק עקיף או תוצאתי הנובע מהשימוש בשירות, לרבות אובדן עסקאות או נתונים. אחריותנו הכוללת מוגבלת לסכומים ששולמו לנו ב-12 החודשים שקדמו לאירוע.
ניתן למחוק את החשבון בכל עת. אנו רשאים להשעות חשבון המפר תנאים אלה, לאחר התראה סבירה ככל האפשר.
על תנאים אלה יחול הדין הישראלי, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט במחוז תל אביב.

PeakS gives upholstery businesses a tool to create sofa visualizations and share them with customers. The service is provided AS IS.
Registration is for businesses only and subject to manual approval. You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity in your account. When entering customer details you confirm you have their consent and comply with applicable privacy laws. WhatsApp messages are sent at your own initiative and responsibility; no spam.
Visualizations are illustrative only; actual colors and textures may differ.
The app, design and code belong to SwiftyS. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a license to process it solely to provide the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at amounts paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts violating these terms.
Israeli law; exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv district.
