Privacy Policy — PeakS (English)

PeakS is an app for boutique sofa re-upholstery businesses to create sofa visualizations and share them with customers.

Data we collect

• Account details: full name, email, phone, and password (hashed) at registration.
• Business details: business name, branches, address, tax ID, logo and branding settings.
• Customer records entered by the business: name, phone, fabric/color preferences and visualization history. The business is responsible for obtaining its customers' consent.
• Created content: visualizations, catalog items, and share records.
• Basic usage data required for operation (authentication logs).

Where data is stored

Data is stored with Supabase (AWS infrastructure, region ap-northeast-1). Access is restricted by Row Level Security — each business only sees its own data, with role-based permissions (owner / manager / seller).

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Sharing visualizations via WhatsApp or email happens only at the user's initiative through the apps installed on the device. Infrastructure providers (Supabase/AWS) process data on our behalf.

Your rights

Request access, correction, or deletion of your data (including full account deletion) at hosituan.work@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

Security & retention

Traffic is TLS-encrypted; passwords are managed by Supabase Auth. Data is retained while the account is active and deleted with account deletion.

Children

The service targets businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
